Puch Throttle Cable (Bent End) for low bars
The black housing is roughly 34 3/4 inches. The length of the housing w/ metal bend is roughly 37 1/2 inches. The length of the inner cable is roughly 41 inches.
This is for most puch mopeds with the ZA50 or E50 engine. The come in multiple styles so please refer to the picture to ensure this is what you need.
