I bought this for a ZA50 I was putting back together with a 15mm Bing. This intake fits very tight on the Bing carb, and I went ahead and sanded it smooth with find grit paper for a better seal. I also like to sand the flat surface where it meets the carb body flat and use a thin o-ring or rubber washer to seal the front edge. This one worked perfectly for me, and the flange on the bottom is nice and thick. No intake leaks at all with this setup.

Fixed the bing air leak problem

This sucker you gotta force on the carb, you don't even have to tighten the screw on the carb and this is air tight!! People using the tin can shim or an o-ring in the carb to fix the air leak, this intake causes no air leak. Very nice product and well worth the 25 dollar price tag.

I've had a 15mm carb that I couldn't get the air leak sealed where the intake attaches, tried o-rings and the can trick... This intake is long enough to go all the way in AND it was a real fight to get it on. I don't even think I had to tighten the carb on the intake to seal or close an air leak.
